Testimony:

My name is Thatiana Oliveira, and for twenty years I have been a member of the Pajuçara Bible Church, the church where the Lord reached me and saved me in August 2005. Since my conversion, the Lord has placed in my heart the desire to work in His harvest, and so I have continued serving in my “Jerusalem,” as I have done to this day. My prayer has always been that God would lead me where I could be useful in His work. It was then, six years ago, that I heard several reports from missionary brothers and sisters about the need for more workers in Portugal, especially for work with children. In Portugal, the churches are aging, and there are almost no children. Since then, I have been praying and preparing specifically to bring the Gospel to the Portuguese mission field. I have traveled to Portugal twice for field survey, together with the leadership of the BGFM Mission.

Objectives in Portugal:

To join the BGFM mission team and work in evangelism and discipleship of children in small groups in partnership with the Cartaxo Baptist Church and the Moscavide Evangelical Baptist Church, and to teach Bible classes in Portuguese schools.
