Ana Harmon (and John)
Araçatuba, São Paulo, Brazil
Having formerly served with the Brazil Inland Mission Inc, Ana Harmon joined the BGFM family on September 27, 2018.
Ana is active in full-time ministry in Aracatuba, Sao Paulo, Brazil. She ministers at her local church, Boa Vista, and the Bible Seminary of Evangelization. Both these ministries were founded by her departed husband, John. The couple has three grown children.
John accepted the Lord as his personal Savior in 1963 and worked with Navigators while he served in the U.S. Army in Germany. He studied at Western Michigan University and later completed his Doctorate of Divinity by correspondence with Master’s International College, CA. John felt compelled to join his parents in full-time ministry in 1970, and co-founded the Seminary and Aracatuba Bible Church with his brother, George. John also established a radio ministry and founded several churches. He met his wife, Ana, at the Seminary and the couple worked together for many years serving the Lord until the Lord called John Home on May 7, 2018.
Ana continues to care for her aging mom in her home, and serves the Lord in whatever capacities her age allows.
