Missionaries - Portugal

Alexandre & Debora
Cavalcanti
Fátima, Portugal
Alexandre Cavalcanti
Born in Natal/RN, I was saved by the Lord Jesus in my youth. I married Débora and we had our 2 daughters, Gabriela and Viviane. The Lord called us to the ministry in 1998, with a burning desire to share the good news of the gospel with others and dedicate our lives to serving Him. We studied for 2 years at the MNTB's Macedonia Bible Institute and then for 4 years at SIBB - Bereian Baptist Seminary and Institute in Natal/RN. After ministering as a pastor for 15 years in Brazil, we were at CBC - Charleston Baptist Community - South Carolina, where we assisted Pastor Jonathan Edney and where God called us to serve in Portugal as missionaries.
We arrived in Portugal in June 2024 where we came to live in Fátima. We are working in partnership with BGFM Global, CBC and ministry partners such as Pastor Adil Reis and Erica Reis.
Debora Cavalcanti
